All courses offered are experiential in nature with a focus on present moment awareness and ways of navigating life with accountability, honor, and respect.

Creative Relaxation

Learn how to anchor into peace at the base of your being as you navigate stress and intense emotions. Relaxation comes through awareness, rather than just the application of skills to get a result, allowing participants to experience peace beyond and inside of circumstances.

Many of us were not taught how to center into the peaceful base of our existence. Through simple awareness exercises we can feel through frustration as we allow ineffective responses to dissolve and choose our actions deliberately.

Anchor into trust, certainty, love, forgiveness, understanding, resolution, peace, and joy. Creative Relaxation is currently offered in person or at a distance, as a series or one experience at a time. Please contact me if you are interested.
