Tune Into Your Roots was created to offer a timely, affordable program to greatly increase family harmony across the globe. 

The Circle joins together parents who want to heal and empower the parent-child relationship on all levels with information and support on a regular basis to consistently experience growth and transformation.

I envision the Circle as a continually spiraling circle of parents from around the globe growing in consciousness to shift the planet through the parent-child relationship as they tune into their mental, emotional, and spiritual roots so they can liberate themselves in peace, joy, and freedom – which is likely to bring through some accompanying tears of sorrow and joy in the transformation of old parenting ways into new.  Each parent provides a unique perspective and value to the Circle which assists its growth to encompass parents and children worldwide.”

Parent Talk: The Language of Response-Able Parenting

Learn language and skills that allow you to consistently create the relationship you want with your child(ren) based in freedom, choice, mutual respect, and responsibility.  This is one of the most important steps in parenting consciously!  We discuss how to match your language and feeling, expression of emotion, expectations, helping children learn how the power of choice, and much more.

Empowered Sexuality

One of the most common uncomfortable topics for parents is sexuality, their own and that of their children.  This 4 part telecourse explores the way we think, feel, talk, and overall relate to our children about sexuality – directly and indirectly, as well as ways to ensure we are empowering our children in the sanctity of their bodies and what they do with them.  We will discuss how to move from fear to awareness, shame to appreciation, the spiritual basis of sexuality, how to work with desire, and how to heal our own childhood issues around sexuality so we do not pass them on to our children.

Tune Into Your Roots Relaxation Meditation for Parents

Would you like to enhance your relationship with yourself and your child at the same time?  Whether you are pregnant, with an infant, toddler, or much older child you can benefit from this series of meditation classes geared especially for parents and the issues that surface during the parent-child relationship. Meditation techniques will be simple enough for beginners, yet helpful enough for those practiced in meditation and will help parents develop and strengthen trust, joy, expectation, connection with child, grounding in the moment, acceptance, forgiveness, confidence and more. Meditation will be followed by related discussion.  7 classes
