What I have realized from both working with parents for years and being a parent myself is this:

The experiences we define as problematic or difficult with children and family life are actually opportunities in disguise. The act of parenting itself is a grand series of these opportunities encompassing one huge possibility: to fully realize our true nature, which is one of peace, love, and joy.

I know that is a bold declaration because it shatters the current paradigm.

I also know that you are up for the challenge of finding those opportunities because you are a parent who cares enough to do so. You can feel it in your heart when you lash out, question yourself, or simply do something you said you would not ever do as a parent. You can also feel it when you soak up your child’s smile, engage in play or motivating discussion, or imagine your child’s future.

I’m a parent, too!

I started my parenting journey just like you – with expectation and questions. I sought answers in books (love reading!) and through becoming a La Leche League leader where I spent 6 years providing breastfeeding and sensitive parenting guidance to parents, babies, and children. What I found was that there were tons of answers and ways to parent out there!

Eventually, though, I had to look inside of myself for the answers that would work for me and that meant reconnecting with my soul. In anchoring into my own innate gifts I have not only changed the way I parent, but give my children permission to be the brightest lights they desire to be and we definitely can use all of the light in this world that we can get! I assist parents in realizing their innate wholeness through spiritual consulting, energy work, and meditation facilitation.

Innate Parenting was created to serve the parents of the world who want to make that leap into parenting the way you want – where everyone in the family is respected, loved, and honored for who they really are.

Of course it doesn’t end with pregnancy and it’s not only the mother who experiences growth and change. )
