Awareness

Developing awareness is the key to discovering how you truly relate to yourself, your body, your life, and the world… along with what you can honestly do to accept and change it.

The beginning of the true realization of one’s wholeness starts with awareness of not only the intricate workings of the mind, but also the emotions, body, and relationships. In both sessions and group offerings, I combine various tools to honestly relate to one’s thoughts, emotions, body awareness, and presence and the effect they have on one’s life experience. Truth revealing practices are used to assist participants in unraveling what stands in the way of experiencing themselves as whole.

Awareness work and exercises take place in private sessions, written correspondence, discussions, and workshops.
