Private sessions facilitate deep inner awareness… so you can see the forest for the trees.
During our time together we use meditation and inquiry for clarity around any tension or signals that come up. From this recognition of awareness you have the opportunity to anchor into truth, explore the roots of any difficulties you may experience along with your innate strengths, and discover practical action steps you can take to move forward. 
Approach
Awareness is the key to discovering how you truly relate to yourself, your body, your life, the people around you, and the world… along with what you can honestly do to first accept and then make beneficial changes.
The beginning of the true realization of one’s wholeness starts with awareness of not only the intricate workings of the mind, but also the emotions, body, and relationships. Learn to honestly relate to your thoughts, emotions, body awareness, and presence – and the effect they have on your life experience. Truth revealing practices are used to assist you in unraveling anything that stands in the way of experiencing peace and well being.
Sessions via Phone or Skype
The option of a recorded session is available for phone sessions; please indicate if you would like a recording when you schedule your session. When it is time for your appointment, please call me at the number or Skype address provided via email.
Private sessions are offered on a pay what you can basis between $35-50/half hour. Please contact me to schedule a session.
