We live in a world orchestrated by time. Look back and you may have fond, or not so fond, memories of the past. Look forward and you may have pleasant dreams (or anything but pleasant nightmares) about the future. And yet, the only moment in time that continually exists is right now. The present is the gift we are given each new moment of every hour of every day.
As we embrace the present, we realize that time itself is a concept that humans cooked up to make sense of the world. Does it help to know that school starts at 8:35 am so we can get there at the same moment everyone else does (or at least within a few moments)? Of course. Time is a part of life. It is also valuable to experience the fact that the boundaries of time are permeable and we have more flexibility than we think.
In actuality, we have more flexibility in how and what we think!
Adhering to time itself can be a source of frustration. We can learn to live within time, but not of time. This is the idea that we may live by the clock, but do not have to be ruled by the clock. This goes for more than our day to day affairs of having to be here or there at a certain time. It also includes the pressure we put on ourselves to finish tasks or goals, small or large, short term or long term.
Anytime Distance Energy Healing Sessions are prepared for you to receive at any time, when you are ready. This allows you to transcend the ideas of time and experience the truth of the Universe – that time itself is an illusion (albeit a useful one in the relative sense). When you realize this on an experiential level, the attachment to time lessens and you can free yourself from past pain and future worry. The mind begins to unravel the fact that the anguish, frustration, or disappointment one is holding onto from old hurts no longer has to be held. The future starts to open up and unlimited possibilities shine through.
After I have prepared your session I will send you an email with instructions to initiate the session. You will make a simple statement in your mind or out loud to affirm your intention to participate and receive the healing session which is, in truth, a deepening of the awareness of the life energy within.

What to Expect
During an energy healing session you may experience various sensations such as tingling, heightened awareness, spiritual awakening, visions, memories, waves in and around the body, release of emotions (tears, laughter), deep relaxation, and even sleep! Whatever comes up during a session is being transformed in the moment to allow you a deeper connection to the Source of Life.
Anytime Energy Sessions last about an hour and are prepared for you to call them in at any time. Distance does not matter because the limits of time and space do not apply to energy work as it comes from the unlimited Universal Life Force. It is through simple, clear intention that the sessions are created and that you are able to receive at the time you choose.
