What is a Wholeness Session?
A distance spiritual energy healing session focused on Innate Wholeness connects you with your own soul sense of Divine Truth and well being which allows you to release, transform, transmute, accept, forgive, appreciate, recognize and experience the connection within yourself and others, all encompassing Love…
This awakens the increased ability to… relax, accept, and enjoy Life, see stale patterns so you can grow through them, recognize and create space for transformation of anger, rage, and other negative emotion, release resistance to Life, accept Life as it is so you can move forward in Trust, feel your connection with the Source of Life and open to deepen that connection, experience unconditional love, and know yourself as a unique expression of All Life.

Wholeness is… You fully Experiencing You.
People who participate in Wholeness Sessions may experience various sensations such as tingling, visions, memories, spiritual awareness/awakening, emotional release (tears, laughter, etc.), relaxation, sleep, or other sensations that facilitate a person experiencing the Innate Wholeness of the Self and all of Creation.
About the Facilitator
As you can see from the header, my name is Amy Christine Bush. Through a series of spontaneous awakening and healing experiences, as well as formal training in Usui, Kundalini Reiki, and other healing modalities, I was initiated into the field of spiritual energy healing. In simple terms, the process of energy healing awakens and deepens the connection between the self and the soul to facilitate living in peace, love, harmony, and freedom.
The process has been life changing for me, to say the least. Prior to beginning the journey to align with my soul, I was living life by default – based on ideas that had been handed to me. The shifts that have occurred within and without for me, my family, and my life cannot be described fully in words, although if you read around the site you’ll get a good idea! Each day brings a new perspective on deepening the Love that I am, You are, and that breathes everything in the Universe. It is in these Wholeness Sessions and other spiritual awareness and healing work I facilitate that the Love of All Life simply comes through so you may also know yourself as Love.
Wholeness Sessions take place every Thursday Evening at 10pm EST
Each session lasts around an hour, although the energy continues to flow and integrate after the session is complete. Please drink plenty of water before and after sessions, rest in a place free of distractions, and relax after the session as desired.
Those who would like to experience a Wholeness session are asked to simply intend to participate by stating out loud or writing on a piece of paper “I intend to participate in the Thursday Wholeness Session with Amy on [this date].”
Prepare for the session as follows…
Participants may experience various sensations during sessions such as warmth, coolness, relaxation, waves around and through their physical body and space, and tingling. You may experience visions of shapes, colors, or other images. Simply focus on your breath and pay attention to what is happening in your body. Allow any thoughts you have to float away like clouds.
Preparing for a Session
- Drink plenty of water before and after the session. Water assists the flow and release of energy.
- Lay or sit down in an area free of distractions and begin to consciously relax through simply observing your breath and letting concerns about the past and future float away.
- Intend to receive through stating “I intend to receive/participate in the healing session with Amy Christine Bush.” Your conscious connection through saying the statement will initiate the session.
- If you have a specific issue you would like addressed simply state your intention “I intend to receive healing/release for XYZ” and know that many issues resolve through a process of emotional release. It is helpful to phrase your intention in terms of what you want instead of the issue you presently have (i.e. if the issue is lack of confidence you may intend to know thoroughly your own confidence and worth, if the issue is a physical ailment you may intend to be whole and healthy).
- Focus on your breath and pay attention to what is happening within.
After the Session
Energy healing and release will continue after a session and in between sessions if you are participating in ongoing energy work. The key to helping yourself heal is allowing the healing to take place through taking care of yourself.
Here are some tips for supporting yourself as you heal:
- Continue to drink plenty of water, rest, and eat healthy foods in as close to their natural state as possible.
- Consider adding meditation or conscious relaxation to your daily routine. Guided examples can be found here.
- If you had a private session with intuitive feedback, reflect upon and use the suggestions given to enhance your life.
- Notice what comes up for you emotionally and allow yourself the space to feel your emotions without judging them. Emotions are not bad. They simply are. We get the message that they are bad if they feel bad, and they are really indicators about how we are thinking about something. Even that can cause people to feel bad. Just let your emotions be and watch how your thoughts and feelings work together or not, for your greater good. If you notice heavy feelings that you feel are difficult to handle, breathe deeply and imagine your breath cleansing the feeling where you locate it in your body. You can also breathe life into the feeling as if it were a balloon. Many times it is the resisting of a feeling that causes it to be uncomfortable.
